Hi All,

what amount of TDS should be deducted for the company providing the services to the IT company.

If you are providing Professional Services, Rate of TDS is 10%

Guest

TDS should be deducted u/s 194J @ 10%.

In case, if it is contractual payment of AMC then 194C will be applicable .
