if a company have a branch outside india and making payment of salary outside india to its employees. is it compulsory to deduct TDS?
if a company have sales representative in UK and he is generating revenue for them. is it compulsory to deduct tds from salary paid to him???
if a company is taking consultancy from foreign company. the foreign company raises the bill with out charging service tax. so is it the liability of indian company to pay service tax to department and is it compulsory to deduct TDS for that bill.
