IF U GIVE  THE BILL FOR YOUR SERVICES U TDS 194J

APPLICABLE AND IF U R ON THEIR PAY ROLL THEN 192B

WILL BE APPLICABLE

If Employee - Employer relation exists, TDS u/s. 192.  But if its consulting /visiting contract TDS u/s. 194 J

It should be covered u/s 192B....Since you are covered under Employee and get salary in full time basis.

But if you are providing professional services like Legal or Auditing, it would be covered under 194J.

If you rendered professianal services to your client then you don't say you are an employee. In this case section 194j will be atract.

If you rendered your service for full time purpose and if there is relation between employer and employee then it is taxable under the head"salary" In this case section 194B is attract.

If you are on contract then 194 J   or 194 C  otherwise 192

if you are on contract then 194 J or 194 C  otherwise 192 B

192B will be applicable

192B will be applicable

192B will be applicable

192B will be applicable

If u are an employee then 100% it will be 192B.

if u are professional and do practice and u give bill & charge for consultancy then they will duduct u/s 194J.

ok
