My employer deducted TDS saying your income in the financial year 2015-16 will be more than 50000.
My salary is 12500/month.

u r not coming within tax bracket that is 250000 . so he is not liable to deduct tax. for more detail if you want more detail then this is my whatsapp no 9090236925 u can ask for further action
