TDS @ 33%

As per latest amendment, any payment required to deduct tds would attract maximum marginal rate if the payment receiver has not disclose his pan no. This is very nice move by government to enhance its tax bracket.

Yes, This is indeed a great move but I think the 33% is a bit on the higher side.
