A company invites a musician at the launch ot their new activity. he performs in that function. Whether TDS is to be deducted or not on the payment made to the musician? if yes , then under which section?

If this musician can be regarded as a film artist than only tax has to be deducted u/s. 194 j
TDS will be cut U/s 194J

in which head should it be tds deducted -
