Sir,

My TAN number is CHEA08640C

On 16.4.2016 I have filed 24Q for 2015-16 - Q1

in the return we added 4 challans. in that challans we produced 3 nil challans without any pan entry. we did the mistake wrongly.

the fourth challan has unwanted pan entries.

In order to correct the above mistakes I have tried to download conso file from the traces, but I couldn't.

because of the unmatched challans and 3 nil challans I couldn't download conso file. traces doesn't allow me to download conso file without correcting unmatched challans.

how can I download the conso file. and how can I produce the corrected 24Q.

pls help me....

You can try as nil challan and download. (In authentication page nil option is there)
Or you can do correction in online itself.

Thank you....sir....

but I'm unable to correct the challans(online). moving of deductee rows to another nil challan is restricted...

anyway i will try again

Then correct the 4th challan PAN no. first and submit online. Once it processed then try to download conso with basis of 4th challan.

when challan amt is nil, then how can you expect it to allow to move deductee to such challan. first of all correct the unmatched challan online and submit for processing. once it is processed then download the conso file to make corrections (moving deductee to nil challan will still be restricted).
