Tds 24 q return 4th Quarter
Is Annexure II to be filed for all employees who get salary for more than 2.5 lakh or its required to be filed for those employees whose tds has been deducted under this section.? any notification/ guidance regarding this.

Annexure 2 is applicable for all employee irrespective of the gross total income exceeding the basis exemption limit.
Incase if you want skip it for few employees then take declaration from them
