it is irrelevant weather company is covered under
tax audit.or not. if company pay for.expenses which is liable.to.deduct tds .
company have to deduct tds other wise expense will be disallowed by the assesse officer.
individual and HUF are not liable to deduct Tds if thy do not fall under tax audit
