when a payment is made to a xerox centre for an an amount exceeding 75000 in a f.y,whether tds is to be deducted or not?

Yes TDS applicable on the same either Rs. 75000/- per annum or single bill of Rs. 30000/- or above
YES IT IS APPLICABLE
MY CLIENT HAS PAID RS 80000 FOR TAKING XEROX COPIES OF DOCUMENTS.NOW WHETHER TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED OR NOT, WHILE MAKING PAYMENT?WHAT IF THE PAYMENT IS RS60000?
