Will transportation charges & courier charges are attracted to TDS u/s 194C???
Transportation of Goods does not attract TDS . But Courier Charges are liable for TDS u/s 194C.

Transportation charges as excempted from TDS subject to condition that transporter is having PAN number. If not than TDS to be deducted @ 20% of the bill value
