Please clarifiy me whether an "Individual" whose accounts are liable for tax audit u/s 44AB of the IT Act can TDS under section 194 I, 194 J etc. or applicable only for section 194C.

once audited for previous year, he is bound to deduct TDS/TCS on all transactions
