We have deducted & deposited TCS @ 20% rate on Scrap Sale because Party does not provide his PAN number for the Month of May,2024.

Now how to file 27EQ Return without PAN No.  ??????????????????????????

To file the 27EQ return without the PAN number, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to the TIN-NSDL website (www.tin-nsdl.com) and log in with your TAN (Tax Deduction and Collection Number). 2. Click on "e-TCS" and then "Upload TCS". 3. Select the quarter and financial year (in this case, Q1 and 2024-25). 4. Fill in the required details, including the TCS amount deducted (20% in your case). 5. In the "PAN of Deductee" field, select "NO PAN" from the dropdown. 6. Enter the name and address of the party. 7. Upload the declaration in the prescribed format (available on the TIN-NSDL website). 8. Submit the form and pay the TCS amount online. Note: Make sure to keep a record of the declaration and proof of TCS deposit, as you may need to produce these documents if requested by the income tax department.
