Dear All,
Please suggest whether due date of TCS return for 3rd quarter of 2020-21 been extended vide notification 93/2020 dt. 31.12.2020 or not.
Since while filing return today, penalty of 2200 (200 * 11 days) is charged.

There was no extension for the 3rd quarter TCS return of FY 2020-21; the due date remained 15th January 2021. The penalty you observed is the standard late filing fee for missing that deadline.
