Scrap sale of Computers and its accessories are not covered by sale of scrap as per the provisions of TCS.

Scrap:means waste and scrap from the manufacture or mechanical working of material which is definitely not usable as such because of breakage ,cutting up,wear and other reasons.
Scrap sale of Computers and its accessories are not coverd under TCS provision.
