I have filed 2020-21 Q4 TCS returns on 13th July 2021, due to lockdown we cant access the office. so this delay happened. Is there any notification available related to TCS late fees waiver/ due date extention for Q4 2020-21.
Now traces portal showing 12000 as defalult, what will be the consequences if i ignored that. Will department issue notice immediately.

No. Now everything is system generated. If the payment is not made, there is high likelihood that a notice is issued by the TRACES.
