Not paid to supplier within 180 days ITC has to be reverse
that's mean ITC to be disallowed after 180 days. But what will be the time lag after 180 days?
YES ITC HAS TO BE REVERSE & INTEREST HAS TO BE DEPOIST @ 24% AS PER SECTION 50(3) CGST ACT.
