Taxpayer is liable to furnish a report under section 92e?

Hello Experts,

i' m a contract worker with a construction company. i got the form-16A and need to income tax efiling using ITR-4.

For AY 2013-14, there is a new question added?

>> Whether taxpayer is liable to furnish a report under section 92E?

as per Section 92E, "Person who has entered into an international transaction or specified domestic transaction"?

what is the "specified domestic transction"?

I have only received salary and no other income. so i believe for the above question, i need to answer "NO".

Please advice.

Sec. 92E. Report from an accountant to be furnished by persons entering into international transaction.- Every person who has entered into an international transaction during a previous year shall obtain a report from an accountant and furnish such report on or before the specified date in the prescribed form duly signed and verified in the prescribed manner by such accountant and setting forth such particulars as may be prescribed

Since you doesn't seems to enter into any international transaction, your answer should be "No".
