Attached please find screenshot of Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS) provided by ITD. Why have they repeated the Dividend head and broken up Dividend Listing in 2 parts? What criteria defines this division? Seek guidance. Thank you

It could be from two different sources as reported by two different organizations. The details would be available in AIS report, check it.

We had shifted all our shares to another DP in February,

Could that be the reason for 2 different Dividend headings?

Correct, there would have been dividend declarations while shares lying in each DP.
