as i know . there is no such distinction has been made between ...educated or uneducated person under income tax. Income tax simply says if any person has taxable income in previous year..he has to pay tax. for the purpose of payment of tax he may either pay tax or may use service of any another person. hence irrespective of educational qualification... using service of professional he has to pay tax. with penalty. we can take a second eye view that if a person belongs from non comerce background.. .in income sence we can say he is illiterate.. irrespective of he is educated ...nd he required to pay tax using service of professional..

Dear

If the person get the notice from income tax department then all interest and penalty will be charged from him.

Income tax does not relief people on a ground that the person is uneducated or unaware of tax provisions.
