Taxation on Transfer of shares from individual account to HUF account of Karta
I am Karta of my HUF. I want to transfer the shares held in my personal demat account to my HUF demat account. How the Capital Gains Tax will be calculated? Will Karta liable to pay Capital Gains for transferring the shares?

No, not at the time of transfer; but whenever they are sold, the tax liability will be assessed under individual PAN of the donor.
