What will be the year of transfer and the sale consideration for land in case of joint development agreement between 2 companies.!?

Market value of the constructed area received by owner on the date of completion.
FY in which completion certificate obtained by developer; unless any area sold by owner before that.
That is for ind & huf,, I am asking for company
No change......... as per transfer of property act.......
