The assessee is apartment/flat owners association obtained PAN as AOP under income tax and registered under Registration of Societies Act, 1860.
How income of the above assessee is taxable under Income Tax Act, 1961 and Kindly explain about Audit and ITR filing under IT Act, 1961

Download ITR5 excel utility from incometax portal and fill the data. The tax payable/refundable will be arrived by the excel file.Unlike an individual the Cooperative societies do not get any exemption. It have to pay income tax on the first rupee it earns
