Here my doubt is ..for a business like urban clap..they take orders from customers and pass it on to service providers who are unregistered for GST . So in this case, do urban clap need to collect GST from customer and pay ?any other alternative method ?

urban clap will issue bill to customer but they will deploy man power who r free lancers from outside
