thank you all for ur valuable comments i conclude for practical solutions vk singhania but for conceptual clarity of provision i am still in dilemma actually i had referred padhuka and i found it good but the book is for ay-09-10 and after that lot of changes took place in tax as said before many here referenced tn manoharan for clarity of concept thats why needed help .........thanks
refer mk gupta books bcs it has clr explanation with examples in every concept that u wil not find in any other books
