thank you all for ur valuable comments i conclude for practical solutions vk singhania but for conceptual clarity of provision i am still in dilemma actually i had referred padhuka and i found it good  but the book is for ay-09-10 and after that lot of changes took place in tax as said before many here referenced tn manoharan for clarity of concept thats why needed help .........thanks
