if a assessee having form 16 B showing total deductions under section 80 c as Rs 150000, while filling itr he again claim rs 15000 as mediclaim insurance paid, then can he get total deductions as rs 165000 as total deductions under chapter VI-A ?and then assessee can claim the refund for it ?
