According to "budget-2018", individual tax rate for 2.5lakh to 5.0lakh is reduced from 10% to 5%. Is it applicable for the exam may 2018?

For may and November 18 finance act 2017 is applicable... This is finance act 2018
this change is budget 2017 amendment. income 2,50,000 to 5,00,000 is reduced from 10% to 5%
