Taxable or not
when floods took place in uttarkhand rehabilitation process was taken up by various concerns . Is this rehabilitation process q charitable purpose for it to be exempt from service tax or is uttarkhand taxable?

If you have charged/Billed for your service then you have to Pay Service Tax.
or else No.
Are you sure there is no exemption notification issued by icai? N its not charitable purpose for sure?
