Q. If the M.donlends get income from india by way of eatable item so does this income will be taxable for the M.donlends or not.

income reciept or accrue in India(both)
ur confusion is about the restaurants it operate in every country/town etc.
see the main point is it is a company(non resident) and what is earned in India is taxable what it earn in Australia(or any other country) is not taxable in India
i think doubt based on both ques. is cleared?
