Whether transfer of goods from factory to Godown in the same state is taxable?
Or we can transfer it by stock transfer invoice?

It is not taxable. Raise delivery challan for stock transfer of goods.
Yes you can move your goods on Delivery Challan.
As I have not paid the GST on manufacturing like excise, So, I was worried to transfer goods in DC.
