If gross total income is less than basic exemption limit then will STCG be taxable , as there is flat 15% tax rate on STCG please clarify ? |  |
It will be taxable @ 15% only over the balance amount left after adjustment of basic exemption limit.

In that case, tax liability doesn't arise.......
