Taxability of income

A person having US citizenship but resident in India for the current year having income of social security from US government credited to his US bank account is taxable in India or not??

Kindly explain whether he is resident in india as per section 6, if he is ordinarily resident the same is taxable in india as per section 5 (2) read with section 9 of income tax act 1961. 

No, it is not taxable in India as per DTAA between India and US. Refer article 20 of it.

No........as per DTAA between  both countries...
