03 January 2019Our client has spent 3years (2008-2011) in Europe (Gurnsey Channel islands) and his pension has been accumulated in those years. During the year he has turned 60 and is going to receive such accumulated pension in feb 2019.
what will be the Taxability of such pension income if he wants to remit the same to NRE account?

there is no DTAA with that country. We have only Tax Information Exchange Agreement.
