(a) A person is said to be a resident of India if he has stayed in India for a period not exceeding 182 days. - In your case you have not stayed in India for 182 days.
 OR

(b) He must have stayed for atleast 60 days in the previous year and atleast 365 days in 4 Previous years - I assume that you have stayed in India for 365 days

BUT

the provisions of (b) will not apply if you have left India on account of obtaining employment outside India. - Same being your case.

On the basis of above facts you will be a NON RESIDENT. Your Income however, earned in India will be taxable as it is accrued or arised in India and shall be taxable . However, the income earned by you in Singapoore will not be taxable in INDIA.
