i had a query that one of my client filed the income tax return for AY 2008-09 twice one is by manually on 31/07/2009 and another in oct 2009 my mistake
he is an individual assessee & income as per both return also different
what shall i do for this

AS UR CLIENT HAS filled two return at two different date by mistake.
See weather he has quoted serial no issued by income tax departments, which is wrrietten on first filled return. If not then second return will not be considered as revised return and first return will be valid.
so donot worry about it.
u have another option to filled revised return because a return can be revised any number of times. So filled another return with correct information.
