Only for FY 2017-18 can be filed....
As per income tax provisions you are not allowed to file returns for the year's 2016 & 2017 as of now, however you can make an application in writing to your jurisdictional assessing officer stating that you have no income chargeable to tax, but return of income is necessary, if Assesseing officer feels that it is genuine case he may allow you to file the said returns...thank you..
