Like to submit my return for AY 2011-12 , AY 2012-13 & AY 2013-14 now.Is it possible now.I have only income from salary.

Yes but online returns are not possible, You need to file the returns manually to your concerned AO.
Technically not possible, meet your AO and see if he can accept.
