company deduct TDS on salary as per new tax regime. but now taxpayer want to claim all deduction as per old tax regime. can he/she avail benefit of old regime. ??
please guide me.

Yes we can opt for old regime for filing ITR
Additionally this option is available for salaried individuals every year, allowing them to choose the regime that is most beneficial for them.
