Tax rate on 5 star hotels rooms
I want to ask whether there is a flat rate of 28% gst on 5 star hotels rooms or is the tariff wise rate applicable to 5 star hotels also?

Thanks for the reply sir but I asked about gst rate on hotel rooms of five star hotels. Is it flat 28% irrespective of the tariff or is it tariff wise?
gst charged tariff wise
if your tariff less than 7500 gst @ 18%
and higher tariff grater than 7499 gst @ 28%
if your tariff less than 7500 gst @ 18%
and higher tariff grater than 7499 gst @ 28%
