Hello everyone my query is If a contractor provide materials like cement, concrete etc along with work contract. Then, what would be the rate of GST, means should he provide straight 18% or to give 2 bills one for material & one for work contractor.

A single invoice with 18% GST on total contract value in case of non-governmental contracts and 12% in respect of governmental contracts
