tax rate division between state and centre
which provision contains division of tax rate between state and centre i.e. if total tax is 18% then which provision says that it shall be 9% each for state and centre?

No where in revised model of GST it appears................
But same was announced by GST council..........
Final settlement between states and centre may be on cards.....
at the end of monthly returns whom should we pay cgst and sgst tax. Is there any separate payment option or single payment.
