One of you said that the contention of the Auditor was right. But the Assessee is counter arguing that the is paid only in the previous and he did not ask for the claim in the previous for which no money was paid. In short the assessee's view is the money is paid only now why not me claim lic loan interest for the whole amount which is paid now.
