Tax paid in wrong head
please help me actually I need to pay IGSt but being in hurry I wrongly paid in cgst and sgst column. so please tell me how can I rectify my Gstr3B now.

You can change the payment to IGST through GST PMT-09 form/filing...
actually amount is filed in gstr3b that is the problem
If filed then its not possible to rectify...
You have the option to rectify at the time of filing GSTR-9, if you do not want to pay tax again on the same outward supply made.
