Tax or audit

Hi Sahil...I think u should choose the field according to your interest. Being clear about in which field you have to get into is very important.Since u r quite clear about ur preference for taxation,u should go for the same and not bring any further confusion in mind. The areas in which you can work can be classified into Direct Tax,Indirect Tax and International Taxation. If u chose either DT or IDT then u need to prepare ca final syllabus thoroughly for the same and also be sure abt the amendment as these are asked in Interviews. If u chose International Taxation then u may have to go for additional course that would help u to specialize in the same.

If you are planning to practise in tax then u must have a bright future ahead man..!!!

There is a large scope in Direct tax specially International Taxation,Transfer pricing, Litigation cases, corporate tax consultancy etc etc etc...

And yeah Indirect tax also is a very very great thing to do especialy service tax and excise, if you have expertise in these then you can earn like anything(both money and name)

Sir, but i have a question that i dnt gt any exposure in the fields which u specified except the corporate tax consultancy but on the other hand i am definitely very much keen to practice in the other areas even which u have specified...

what shall i do now???
