Tax paid on prerequisites by employer, should be part of salary as per income tax Act?
Instead of employer it paid by employee then what would make difference?

1. No, for non-monetary perquisites [ vide sec.10(10CC) of IT act.]
2. Additional tax liability over employee, which is normally not added to salary for non-monetary perquisites.
