Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable to jaggery products. It explains that a 5% GST is generally applicable when jaggery cubes are repacked and sold under a brand. However, if sold in 30kg boxes or unpacked without branding, GST may not be applicable. The HSN code remains the same across these different stages of sale.

GST @ 5% applicable in first case, in second and third case , no GST applicable.
Thanks Madam... whether the HSN Code will the Same Or Different in the above 03 stage.
HSN is same in all cases.
