Tax on CPF final withdrawal

i worked in a state govt. PSU for 7 years from 2012 to 2019. after resign from service by me, i get 4 lakh rs. after 10% TDS deduction from CPF trust on july 2022.
1. IS CPF final withdrawal is taxable after 7 years service??
2. is there any way to get TDS return ??
3. in what saction can get rebet on CPF final withdrawal from income tax. ?
