Parent Company has floated one Mgt Support Service Company for giving services to Group Companies and is recovering specified % of total bills from them.This being a Group Matter, does it come under Business Support Services as all services are catered to Group Companies only. If it is only recovering then no service tax should be charged. Please enlighten.

Now B is only providing the Services within the Group or any other clients also pls confirm??
And whether it is registered with the Service Tax Department?
