Whether RCM is applicable on bus hire charges?

No, I don't think it is applicable
No RCM is not applicable
Bt according to notification for hiring of motor vehicle ( defined under Motor vehicle Act 1988) no where mentioned tht bus is not included
Yes.
RCM is applicable on Renting of motor vehicle where service provider is not corporate but service receiver is corporate.
Bus will get included in motor vehicle.
