Tax liability of a dth distributor

Hello everybody,

        A client of mine is a DTH distributor whose ITR4 is to be filed. He is facing problem in following phases:

1. Nature of business (what is to be filled) - can you send me the ITR 4 on my e-mail id. most probably it will be others.

2. Is he liable for audit? - it will depend on his receipts of his business.

3. He has other business of recharges also then how will be his tax liability be calculated?? he can  consolidate the income of both businesses.
